A tribute to the red pepper of Mallorca, used exclusively to make paprika. After the harvest, they are hung on strings on the facades of the houses to dry out in the sun, like beautiful blood-red garlands. These peppers have been cultivated on the island for centuries and are responsible for giving unique color, aroma and taste to our typical dishes, just like our Paprika mobile will do to your place.
