Freight costs are included in the price for European Union countries.

A supplement cost to cover delivery will be added to the price for the non-EU countries, once you enter your country name when purchasing online.

Return Policy and Claims

You have up to 10 days after reception to inform about returns or claims. You can return your order with no commitment. The product will have to be in perfect conditions, well packed and in its original packing. As soon as we receive this at our warehouse, we will return the amount of your purchase, deducting 25€ under administrative and processing costs (new packaging, reconditioning, etc.) + the online payment platform fees in case you have purchased from www.solito.es/collection (3,00% web + 3,25% service provider).

Please remember that this must always be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expenses and must be sent to:
